PASTA SALAD WITH HONEY DIJON SAUCE

Ingredients

  • 1 PACK MISKO FARFALLE
  • 30ML MINOS OLIVE OIL
  • 50G GRATED DIVANIS KASSERI
  • 50G BOILED PEAS
  • 50G GREEN, RED AND YELLOW PEPPER CHOPPED IN CUBES
  • 50G ONION CHOPPED IN CUBES

FOR THE DRESSING:

  • 100G MAYONNAISE
  • 50G DIJON MUSTARD
  • 40ML ATTIKI HONEY
  • 10G GARLIC POWDER
  • SALT AND PEPPER

SERVE WITH: 2 CHERRY TOMATOES, PARSLEY

Directions

Boil the MISKO farfalle. In a bowl mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, ATTIKI honey, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Add MINOS olive oil and stir well. Put the boiled MISKO farfalle in a bowl. Add the boiled peas, the chopped pepper and the chopped onion. Grate DIVANIS kasseri on top. Stir well and add dressing. Mix and serve with chopped cherry tomatoes and parsley. Pair with SKINOS mastiha spirit.
