LASAGNA WITH HONEY AND NUTS

Ingredients

  • 1 PACK MISKO LASAGNA
  • 50G ATTIKI HONEY
  • 50ML TERRA CRETA OLIVE OIL
  • 100G HAZELNUTS, IN THICK PIECES
  • 250ML CREAM
  • 1 ONION, FINELY CHOPPED
  • 1 GARLIC, FINELY CHOPPED
  • 20G CINNAMON
  • SALT AND PEPPER

SERVED WITH 1 TOMATO CHERRY

Directions

Boil the MISKO lasagna and strain well. In a pan, pour TERRA CRETA olive oil and sauté the onion and the garlic until they are caramelized. Add the hazelnuts and wait for them to brown up. Add the cream, ATTIKI honey, salt, pepper, cinnamon and keep the mix over low heat until it begins to thicken. When the sauce is ready, pour in the lasagna and stir well. Serve with a tomato cherry and pair with SKINOS mastiha spirit.
