FETA WITH SESAME AND HONEY

Ingredients
400G DIVANIS FETA
100G FLOUR
3 EGGS
50G SESAME SEEDS
20G SUNFLOWER SEEDS, SLIGHTLY CRUSHED
50ML MINOS OLIVE OIL
MIXED GREEN SALAD
30G ATTIKI HONEY
Directions
Prepare the DIVANIS feta for frying, dipping it first through a plate of flour, a plate with the whipped eggs and finally a third plate with sesame and sunflower. In a pan, we heat MINOS olive oil to about 180 °C (350° F) and put the feta in. Fry for about 30 seconds on each side, waiting to get a nice color. Remove the feta and leave it on absorbent paper. Serve the feta with the salad and pour ATTIKI honey over it.
