DRUNKEN SAUSAGES

Ingredients
- 160G SAUSAGE WITH OREGANO
- 50G ATTIKI HONEY
- 30 G TSIPOURO
- 30ML MINOS OLIVE OIL
SERVED WITH
- LEEK
- ROCKET
- 1 CHERRY TOMATO
Directions
Cut the sausages into thick slices. Add MINOS olive oil and sauté. Douse with tsipouro and vaporize the alcohol. Turn off the heat. Add ATTIKI honey, stir well and serve.
