CHICKEN FILLET WITH PENNE PASTA AND MASTIHA CREAM

Ingredients
- 1 PACK MISKO SHORT CUT PENNE
- 700G CHICKEN FILLET
- 2 GREEN PEPPERS
- 150G ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR
- 1 ONION
- 100ML MINOS OLIVE OIL
- 50G MARGARINE
- 1 GARLIC CLOVE
- 50ML DRY WHITE WINE
- 100ML SKINOS MASTIHA SPIRIT
- 500ML WARM WATER
- 2 CHICKEN BROTH CUBES
- 50G ATTIKI HONEY
- 250G DIVANIS KASSERI
- ½ BUNCH OF PARSLEY, FINELY CHOPPED
- SALT AND PEPPER
Directions
Chop the chicken into cubes. Slice 2 peppers and one onion. Pour salt and pepper on the chicken. Pour the flour and mix well. Boil the MISKO short cut penne. On a pan pour MINOS olive oil and margarine. Add the chicken, the peppers and the onion and sauté. Add the chopped garlic clove, pour white wine and SKINOS mastiha spirit. Add warm water mixed with two chicken broth cubes and mix for 15-20 mins. Pour ATTIKI honey and the DIVANIS kasseri in cubes. Mix until the cheese has melted. Serve with chopped parsley.
